How your lessons are structured

We start with a calm first meeting to understand your strengths, challenges and goals. No pressure , just a clear introduction so you know exactly what to expect.

Together we agree on how you like information to be explained, how often you need breaks and what feels comfortable for you. From there, every lesson follows the same predictable structure, so you can focus on driving instead of managing stress.

• Step 1 – Gentle intake
  We talk through your driving experience, sensory needs and what feels difficult about traffic. You can ask questions and set your own boundaries.



• Step 2 – Calm trial lesson
  You drive on a quiet route with the same instructor, at your own pace. We keep instructions clear and simple, and stop whenever you need a break.



• Step 3 – Personal lesson plan
  Together we create a clear routine for your lessons: where we drive, how we communicate, when we pause and how we practise new situations step by step.



• Step 4 – Gradual progress
  When you feel ready, we slowly add more complex traffic and CBR-style routes. We repeat as often as needed, so you can build confidence in a structured, predictable way.
